Heatherbrae Cosy Wooden Pod

The pod was everything that we were looking for. It was a great location to explore Skye. Heather was a great host, very accommodating and made us feel at home.

Tout était parfait : l'accueil et les petites attentions de Heather, le confort du pod, le parking. Nous recommandons vivement !

Bed was super comfy with soft pillows, very cozy duvet, electric blanket and extra blankets. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Bathroom amazing with a great shower and beautiful shower gel. Breakfast cereals, yoghurt, juice, milk, a jar of coffee (not sachets),porridge and a small dram of whiskey provided, along with a toaster and microwave, great for scrambled egg on toast. We cooked some microwave burgers for dinner. A short walk to the village and a short drive to Isle of Skye bridge. The pod was perfect in every way but the best thing about the amazing little comfy pod experience was the hostess Heather. To meet her is to love her. Will definitely be visiting again . On hindsight should have reduced our visit to Ullapool and stayed an extra couple of nights here.

Compact but cosy and comfortable. Host was thorough in her introduction and provided breakfast and whisky! Don't find that everywhere. Perfect 2 day getaway and easy access to the Isle of Skye.

Très joli petit Pod ,un peu petit pour mon mari et moi car nous sommes très grands . Il y a un réfrigérateur,tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner et même du whisky à déguster. L'emplacement est au calme . Il y a une place de parking juste devant.

Pod was very cosy and clean. Everything we could need was provided, including an electric blanket and complimentary whiskey. Heather was lovely and friendly. We felt very comfortable there.

The location was ideal for visiting the Isle of Skye, it was cute and very comfortable. Great bed and pillows, great shower, it’s compact, but had everything we needed. We stayed for 2 nights and would happily stay there again. No, it’s not a pod surrounded by countryside, it’s next to a home on a regular street, but it’s super quiet with no passing traffic. So glad we stayed here and had our first ‘pod’ experience. Couldn’t fault it. Great value.
