Ubicación: Barrio tranquilo y alejado del centro, aunque buena comunicación en transporte público Casa: Cómoda, buen funcionamiento de la calefacción como positivo.

La limpieza del baño, cocina y suelos de toda la casa en general.

The flat was already occupied by someone else when we arrived. The host came and kept saying that it was not their fault, but booking's. The customer service at booking said we were the rightful guests. The alternative accommodation booking offered after over one hour of waiting (late at night) was more expensive and we would have had to pay the full price. Booking gave us a refund after 7-12 days. We chose to go elsewhere, using the hotel's own website directly.

The house was well situated for public transport into the city and had almost everything we needed. It was very warm and the water was lovely and hot.

The property was not to my standard of cleanliness but was ok. Some things needed replacing like the bath mats and there were only 3 chairs at the table and only 2 forks (not ideal for a family of four). Reasonably strong smell of smoke, particularly downstairs.
