Great accommodation in a beautiful setting. Very clean and homely decor. Would definitely stay again

Wonderful place, charming, even magical! Location is out of this world. Property is massive but stable itself is on a small side, big enough for 3. I absolutely will stay there again, planing to take my parents there. Great deal!

We loved the concept of it being transformed from stable to little apartment. It turned warm and cozy within seconds from the moment you increase the temperature on the central heating, which is very convenient. The bathroom stays quite cold, but the shower is incredible, with such a powerful shower head, it was tough to keep it short. The host was so incredibly thoughtful to leave bread, milk, oil, spices and sauces in the fridge, we could have easily had breakfast with what she left. Very high cleaning standard! And we also had every tool we could possibly need to put a meal together. The house is inside a massive estate, with a huge garden and an outdoor pool (which I believe is usable in summertime). During summer, the experience is most definitely 10 times better!

Be careful to the steep staircase when you’re leaving the property, as they can be quite slippery due to the carpet; also, I believe the gate for babies could be used at all times due do the entrance of the staircase being a bit too far in the floor, almost invading the walkable space, becoming a possible hazard during a night trip to the loo, being in the middle between bedrooms and bathroom. Beds are quite small and mattresses could be more comfortable.

Property is well decorated, clean, warm, has comfy beds, a fantastic shower, all necessary kitchen appliances, plus owner left extras like fresh bread, milk and butter which were much appreciated.

A bit isolated. If you want to eat out or have a takeaway, as no delivery, you have to drive but we knew that when we booked.
