Great location for exploring the Cotwolds. Accomodation is warm, cosy, very clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a short break, we all enjoyed the Think Fast board game! Great Communication from Debby.

Very quiet in a great location. The information folder was very good. Well laid out accommodation which had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The welcome hamper was a really nice touch

Stunning location in beautiful surroundings. Quiet and secluded area close to Blenheim Palace and Chipping Norton. Clean bed linens and Towels provided. Responsive Host.

Cleanliness. Unfortunately, the place was dirty. Kitchen, cooker and fridge need deep cleaned or replaced. The bathroom is clean enough but far from spotless. The toilet brush leaves little to the imagination and the living room couch stains are very off putting. The clean towels and bed linens were the saving grace. The kitchen and bathroom room have a smell that stays with you. We were extremely disappointed that the previous reviews didn’t match our expectations.

It was a nice location nice and secluded, had a nice back garden and had pretty much everything we needed.

There was 4 us it was a bit of a squeeze but we managed. The ceilings are pretty low so if you’re tall beware haha. When we came it was really hot, so we opened the windows and the whole property got infested with bugs and flying creatures which wasn’t so pleasant.
