Location very good,city centre only a few mins from it and the local pubs right next door..everything was walking distance..

We have stayed here a few times and had been happy with our room,but this time we had the top room,and it just seemed to have a muskey smell.(dampness)).

"What a wee gem of a place"

It was a great location for us whilst house hunting, everywhere we went was in walking distance. This place was just such a find, cheaper than any hotel or hostel we looked at but with the bonus of being able to have the use of a kitchen. The room was cosy and warm, bed was comfy, we had a TV & a fridge which was stocked well with enough items for breakfast plus lovely fresh bread in the kitchen to eat as well. There was nobody else in the place so we had the bathrooms & kitchen to ourselves. What a great wee find & I'll certainly be telling friends & family to book here when coming to visit Belfast. The area is great for food, drink, walking in the park & nice wee shops. We booked 1 night but ended up staying 2!

The convince of its location. Love the fact that we have a kitchen to use.Breakdast fantastic plants of it. Help with suitcases really appreciated.

Lovely warm bedroom and bathroom. It's very convenient to have a kitchen and the breakfast was great.
