It's good value for money. The bathroom was very clean. It was handy to have a small breakfast.

I was expecting to be closer to city centre. It's not that close.

Only a few metres from Hatfield Street bus stop (and Hatfield pub). Very clean and good functioning kitchen. Elaborate key procedure worked perfectly. Easy to reach town centre by bus. Very clean and kettle in room. Good kitchen.

They say free breakfast, but it is actually some packets in your room. The walls, including exterior, are not sound insulating at all, and it is right next to a major A road. If you cannot sleep through loud car and street talk noise, do not book here (I can, and my spouse had good ear-plugs). The TV worked, but relied on a tiny digital aerial that could not pick up most channels - we gave up and used iplayer on our own tablet instead.

Great value for money. Bonus breakfast and snack provisions. Excellent kitchen. Shared bathrooms worked fine. Located in interesting residential area close to city and botanic gardens and Ulster Museum.

For the money I have no complaints… although worth noting cafe/bakery on ground floor is now closed .
