"Belfast has better options…"

Water and breakfast items

On booking, it doesn’t say upfront it is a shared bathroom - I wouldn’t have booked. My room (4) in top floor had a small window, a slight smell and you can hear everything in corridors and even someone coughing next door. There is better options in Belfast around the same price point.

"Perfect location for rugby ground, good value for money."

Location was great as we were in Belfast for rugby. Room was clean, well equipped for price we paid. Secure entry. Fantastic to have fridge and kettle in room. Bountiful breakfast! We walked easily from Belfast city centre.

No ensuite, toilet shared but quite near room. Duvet and bed a bit basic but comfortable. Stairway quite steep and narrow.

Lage gut. Frühstück OK. Zimmrgrösse und Ausstattung gut.

Matratzen etwas abgenutzt. Direkt an Hauptstraße = etwas lärmig. Boden knattert.

Nice comfortable guest house approximately 20-25 minutes walk from Grand Central. Easily accessible by bus on a main road. Reasonable rates with a nice breakfast. My room was very comfortable. Recommended. I enjoyed my stay.

The busy road out front could be off-putting for some but I still slept well.

Emplacement et facilité de garer la voiture. Arrivée autonome et accès facile. Chambre propre et literie confortable.

Petit déjeuner très sommaire et peu qualitatif. Équipement insuffisant dans la cuisine partagée ( pas de bouilloire ni de poêle pour faire des œufs par exemple)
