Basic but all ok.

An amazing place to stay was very pleased with it and very very clean all the facilities you would need in the room the staff go the extra mile great communication and lovely treats in the room and it was appreciated after travelling would definitely stay again very cosy clean safe and nice 😀

Although old, it is clean and well equipped. The shared bathrooms were very clean. Appreciated the fan and fridge in the room during a heatwave, and kettle for tea. Lots of space, storage, and amenities in the room.

Only two shared bathrooms between many rooms and having to take the stairs to them. Reviews said there was a good breakfast but it was a few items in the fridge, I wouldn't really advertise that as breakfast. Overall decent but expensive for what it was.

Great Value having breakfast and such a variety. Plenty of tea and milks too which was appreciated as well as cool water and mini fridge.

No en suite but still worth it. Noise from Ormeau road traffic. No fan on hot evening
