Mini Fridge is a plus. There is a TV

First of all the shared bathroom. In all bookings it is standard that it says "double room with shared bathroom". And not hidden somewhere in the description. I recommend adding this. Small double bed 135 cm. Mattress extremely soft. Passable for solo travelers but not great for couple. One of us decided to sleep on the floor. The room was like sauna. I understand it was a warm day. But the fan provided barelly work. The house was cool in all the common areas but the room was roasting.

The owners had a lot of nice touches. A mini fridge with water and yougarts plus juice. It was really warm when I stayed and they had a large floor fan in the room which was a lifesaver.

Had everything we needed

We heard music from about 7:30 in the morning but it seems it was coming from the place below , it was quite loud for that time of of the morning but this obviously isn’t anything to do with the guest house

The location

The property owner/ contact is very rude, unprofessional, and hostile

Comfortable, clean, a good location, nice facilities and nice staff

Expect the main door, some people forget to lock the door from inside.

Fantastic central location, easy accessible and contact between hosts was very on time and prompt. Clean rooms, fully stocked fridge which I didnt expect which was a lovely gesture. Definitely will stay again for my future belfast pit stops.

Shared bathroom and no sink in room facilities but it was ok to accept and will know for the next time. Definitely wouldnt hinder future stays.

La facilité de prise en charge de la chambre. La présence d'une cuisine collective. La propreté des salles de bain communes et la possibilité de stationnement dans la ruelle juste à côté. Nous avons pu visiter Belfast directement en partant de l'hôtel à pied.
