Terry... very friendly guy gave me a free up grade and made me feel at home. Good car parking with excellent wifi for working. Clean and tidy and I will stay again.

Nice clean, friendly. Colleen and Terry are friendly and easy to get on with. For both weeks I was even upgraded at no extra cost. Superb.

My car has the turning circle of a Cheiftan tank, so for me parking was awkward others did not have that issue. Perhaps I need a better car 😔

No breakfast, parking was limited, we were on the top floor and a bit of a walk for me as I have a dodgy leg

"The facilities were as advertised, so no surprises."

No breakfast available other than a cereal bar and a croissant in a plastic wrapper in the room. I knew that breakfast as such was not included, so this small provision was a welcome surprise.

There was no socket near the mirror, so styling my hair with my hairdryer was based on memory. The hinges on the shower room door need oiling. The squeaking was annoying. It was difficult to find in the dark, as the current signage is very inadequate, but I'm told this is due to be changed.

"Hope I get the chance to stay again"

Delightful in every way. As other reviews said, spotlessly clean especially the bathroom. The bed was comfy. As well as standard coffee/tea-making, it was a lovely touch to have cereal bars and juice (we didn’t drink it only because we arrived so late). We also appreciated the wonderfully warm welcome from Colleen and the original Edwardian decor.

The bathroom in our room was very tired and could do with refurbishment BUT it was sparkling clean and still good value for money so I can’t really complain!
