"It served a purpose and was convenient for my work."

Very clean Good supply of tea/coffee and biscuits Quite Comfortable Close to shops.

Car parking, only three spaces but this wasn’t a problem this time but with 10 rooms might be when they are busy. No street parking as it’s on the A38. Terry the proprietor seemed off when I arrived. Shower lacked pressure but I was on the top floor

The location was wonderful and parking on site was great. The room was very clean and tidy and the owner really was very pleasant. I would recommend.

The mattress was very firm, not uncomfortable and I guess each to their own but it was too hard for me.

"A exceptional stay."

When I arrived I was greeted by a lovely smile and warm welcome. To my surprise I was upgraded to a double room after only booking a single room. This was such a kind gesture and really made my day after not having the best of days. The double room was massive, with a lovely ensuite. The TV was top range, the bed was so comfy and it had everything you needed. I was told that if I needed anything to just let them know. This place was exceptional.

It was all great, there was nothing I didn't like.
