There was no problem. Everything was good.

Fantastic Holliday home. My expectations were far exceeded. I’ve stayed in other places in Redcar but this is my favourite so far. It’s gorgeous. There’s nothing that hasn’t been considered. A breath of fresh air, such a nice surprise to step into this beautifully decorated guesthouse . A great uncomfortable home from home.

If I was going to suggest anything to improve this already great place, I’d just say the addition of a shower basket/shelf to put your shampoo and shower gel in, instead of bending down for it, would be fab.

Very clean and close to all the amenities and great value for money

The location was great. Walking distance To town were great. This was our second stay At the beaches. Absolutely brilliant Very cosy & and very clean. You can cook if you want too. Kitchen was very clean and spacious. Had a lovely back garden too. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Owner was great. Looking forward to stay again soon. Once you have stayed once . Nothing Loved everything about it.

Must have been the comfiest bed I ever slept in. It was so hard to leave :-) what a lovely room. Everything was spotlessly clean. I don't think I have ever stayed in a B&B that clean before. And also a lovely house overall. Very nice common room and kitchen you are free to use and also outdoor seating in the backyard. Permits for residential parking right outside the front door were provided, too. Anne welcomed me in person and even took the time to tell me about some good places to eat and drink even though I arrived rather late that day.

There was a bit of an odd smell coming from the shower drain - apart from that, I cannot think of any downsides to my stay.
