I picked the Beaches because I read very good comments about it and I agree with them that it is splendid value. As a walker I loved the shared kitchen (I didn't see anyone else so really had a house to myself) with drying facilities. The shower was fantastic and everything smart and clean. The Pub and shop just down rbe road were welcome, too.
One or two of the gadgets in the shared room need new batteries - I meant to let the owners know - but otherwise happy with everything.
