Southford House (Room Only)

Very friendly host. Very helpful in checking us in. Good facilities and close to the town centre.

Great location, very clean and comfortable and Pam was very welcoming. Would stay here again if I ever go back.

The room is very well equipped, the bed extremely comfortable and the host lovely. Very convenient location.

The only one thing I did not like was that the coffee and tea were far past their expiry dates, so I could not drink them.

It was beautifully furnished in a tasteful nautical style. Pamela was a very cheery host. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. And spotlessly clean. The roof height of the bathroom is not suitable for people close to or over 6 feet in height. My husband kept bumping his head frequently on the beams.

The only downside was the parking - almost impossible to park unless you use Park n Ride. We were lucky to find a continuous free parking spot closer to the wharf. Downside was we had to empty our luggage into a backpack and walk up the hill with a lighter load. Dartmouth itself is a nightmare for parking so you should expect it.

Lovely host, Pam. Convenient location. Very comfortable accommodation, very clean and roomy. Very good value for money. No concerns at all.

A small fridge would have been nice to have
