Southford House (Room Only)

Location was centre of town so perfect

Pleasant and polite greeting . Will defiantly use again if available .

Lovely room, had everything we needed, and an excellent supply of tea/coffee. Location is very good, especially if you're *not* driving, as it's close to everything. Pam was a great, attentive host.

The mattress could probably do with an update soon. It was ok for the price, though, and we slept mostly well. That is literally the only (small) thing to criticise.

The Room was spacious and clean. The best bed and shower. Pam is the most wonderful hostess and has attention to detail. Felt so safe and peaceful staying over. Location of the property is amazing.

Pam was a really nice, friendly host and the location was great for walking into Dartmouth. The room was delightful and clean with nice little touches, would recommend to anyone and proabably will be back.

Nothing we didn’t like but there are a couple of iisues typical with most stays in Dartmouth: The road up to the house is a little narrow and there is no parking next to the house. However, we managed to drop off our bags easily and found parking nearby. It helps that the parking areas a few hundred yards away are limited to 2 hours and only from 9am to 6 pm. So you can, in theory, park your car at 4 pm and leave it until 11am the next day. The seagulls can be noisy anywhere in the middle of Dartmouth throughout the night, especially at this time of the year.
