Great location. Host seems nice.

Window rattles like crazy in the wind. Rooms are very old and dated, need a good paint. Some plug sockets dont work. Zero sound proofing, can hear people breathe in the other rooms

We had a lovely stay at this property this week. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. I had the double bed and it was so comfortable. Will definitely stay again

Best appointed budget accommodation in a converted terrace, compared to several we've stayed in. Good size kitchen/dining, staff went out of their way to help. When we locked ourself out a solution was quickly found. We were able to leave our bags somewhere after checkout until train.

Nowhere to hang wet beach towels and togs, tho the cleaner kindly dried them for us, a clothesline would help, or more towel rails in the room.
