The rooms were exactly as pictured and described, very comfortable, great cleanliness. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Location is excellent, basically in the town but one street from Aberystwyth seafront. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using Rooms by Maes Y Mor again.

That is didnt get to stay a few extra nights, I should have booked a few extra days

Couldn't fault this stay. onsite parking, the shared kitchen was a bonus. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy, sheets so soft soft. Overhaul wish I'd have found this place sooner. Will be returning

The location was incredibly convenient, other hotel stayers were so friendly and considerate and my room was everything I needed for the few nights i was there and the hotel was clean and very well presented, me and my dog loved it!

Excellent location with easy access to the town centre. It was lovely to be able to cook a meal with all the appliances.

The shared bathroom on the first floor is very tired and worn; a bit like my bathroom at home. PLEASE give it a deep clean especially the shower area. The kitchen shelves would also benefit from a degrease. Tidy up the paintwork; sand of the historical drips! I like the homely feel to your accommodation, just needs to be clean. Please replace any stained bedding.
