"Good meals at the Norfolk Hotel as the staff were able to provide gluten free food for myself as I have coeliac disease."

Good location for a couple of nights. Near to the town centre and the bus stop was just outside the property. Nice to visit Howard Davis Park just across the road as I had not been there before.

Some guests slamming or shutting doors loudly. Not all the time but it is my only complaint.

Would not stay again.

Noisy place. Live in staff next door and shouting at each other in Portuguese into early hours every night.Could hear everything in other room.Dreadful nights sleep.Complained via email but did not make a difference. Doors slamming in early hours when staff going outside to courtyard to smoke.Could smell smoke wafting into in room.Towels not replaced when set on bath had to email to ask for fresh ones.

There was an excellent Park opposite.

Very busy with the traffic in the town. And some people being noisey leaving, and returning to that Hotel

Location OK - about 25 Mins walk to town centre. Breakfast not included. Problem with no plug in sink in bedroom resolved very quickly.
