Ein rezeptionsloses Hotel mit sehr unkomplizierter Abwicklung. Der Check-in und Check-out funktionieren problemlos und effizient, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Das Zimmer sowie das Bad waren sauber und insgesamt absolut in Ordnung. Auch das WLAN hat zuverlässig funktioniert. Die Ausstattung ist eher einfach und klassisch gehalten – nichts Außergewöhnliches, aber zweckmäßig und funktional. Wer keinen großen Luxus erwartet und einfach eine gute, stressfreie Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Insgesamt ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder als praktische Zwischenstation.

This was a last minute booking to cover an additional overnight stay following a ferry cancellation. The hotel was not far from the port and once we ascertained where we could park the car everything was fine. The facilities were satisfactory for a one night stop

The parking was at another hotel further up the road, however there was no indication of this on the information received and as it was self check in there was no one to ask. We only discovered it by accident when we parked in a space to unload (intending to park in a multi-storey car park a few streets away - not convenient for carrying luggage to and from) and when we got to our room with our luggage, someone appeared from nowhere and told us where we could park. Even then parking was limited.

Perfect as my Mum was staying at the Norfolk, so I could come and go as I pleased.

Just a minor worry. I didn't see anyone apart from the cleaner during my stay who was lovely, but didn't speak any English. This made me constantly worried that I had no guarantee that if I left my key in the room or lost it, I would be stuck. There was an emergency number to ring, but it didn't guarantee that someone would answer out of hours.

The guest house is a short walk from town. It is quiet at night. There is a nice park across the road. The self check in was easy. The bed was comfortable. It was a good value place to stay in Jersey.

The guest house is a bit warm but there was a fan in the room. The decor is a bit dated.
