Very comfortable and staff extremely friendly. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future.

No cooked breakfast. Self serve breakfast available at any time with plenty choice A cooked breakfast is available a few steps away at Boogie Woogie cafe if required.

Breakfast was ok. Location was ideal.

The window was broken. This resulted in unacceptable traffic noise from the A96 (immediately outside). The shower either ran freezing cold or scalding hot, meaning showering was out of the question.

I liked the layout of the room. It was very clean and comfortable.

I booked for 2 nights, but the next day, I had housekeeping telling me I should be checking out and shouldn't be in that room. Later that night, someone barged in my room to put another guest in there and was surprised I was in the room. She then asked if I was in the right room. They definitely need to work on their communication!!
