"Lovely stay in Barmouth guest house"

Great location. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly and helpful owner.

We were on the top floor and it was a lot of stairs to carry our luggage up, so wouldn’t be good for anyone with mobility issues.

"Wonderful place !"

Seascape is a wonderful place ! Such an historic and traditional guest house with the most hospitable owners who give a warm welcome . The views across the bay from the lofty room 8 have an instant calming influence . Watched gannets diving for fish and migrating sandwich terns . There is so much open space and fresh air out there even though the resort is popular . Comfy and clean and a credit to Shona who has picked up where former owner Ian left off . Both legends ! Brilliant stay ! 😊

"A nice place to stay when visiting Barmouth. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and reasonably price"

Shona was very friendly and helpful and saved us a parking space outside the guest house. The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. Our room was on the top floor with window view of the beach.
