The guest house has been recently refurbished and everything is a high standard and very clean. Room had a fridge, tea and coffee equipment and some great biscuits!!Fantastic location and proprietor was very pleasant and helpful and made our stay a pleasure

Nothing! Property has 4 floors so there are some stairs to climb but that’s the nature of a Victorian house.

Our room was lovely warm,welcoming & has everything you could need. We had a Mountain View which was lovely.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Great location overlooking the beach, Shona and her partner were brilliant, hadn’t realised they had anything to do with saffron Indian restaurant where the food and service were first class too

Great location, nice and clean. Lovely helpful owner, very welcoming. Rooms are nice, clean.Tea/coffee kettle etc. Recently refurbished bathroom/ shower 👌. Beds are comfortable , good bedding.

Owner did mention that they had recently started refurbishment of all rooms etc. Think they need little tweaks with unfinished painting etc. This did not affect our stay. Outside of property needs finishing.

Renovated throughout to a very high standard, and a fridge in every room. Brilliant! Shona was available at all times and very helpful.
