The host was so friendly and helpful. The property is on the seafront and was a perfect location for our running event.

Hosts were friendly, proactive and helpful . Location has been great for my trip, especially close to train station and town centre and seaside of course. Had a lovely seaview from my bedroom window, which has been the most relaxing part of my stay.

There was a noise of water dripping in the bathroom(I suspect this is from toilet flush) I'm a light sleeper so this became quite audible after a while. More of an annoyance rather than an inconvenience. Otherwise all good for me. Will definitely use again :)

Seascape is a lovely place to stay ! Room 8 offers a fabulous view across the dunes and beyond . Very therapeutic to watch the tide as it comes and goes and the wildlife . Swallows were heading south , an interesting spectacle . It's quiet apart from the sound of the sea and the breeze , which is a great comfort for someone who lives on a main road ! The owners are very accommodating and love the place too , that's obvious . Barmouth shops and cafes are just around the corner as is the historic railway station . A pleasure ! 😊

Lovely hotel right on the sea front with amazing views, very comfortable and clean room. Ideal for all the walks straight from the door and lots of pubs, cafes and shops nearby. Lovely hostess who is a delight! We both enjoyed our stay and would definitely return

.Sea just a short walk away over the road and through the Dunes. Town /shops in walking distance. Lovely little single on suite room with beautiful sea view. Comfortable bed. Good tea facilities.
