It was cold there radiators didn’t work woke up I’ll witha flue froze all night

The property is just a room, There is no kitchen to yourself and it’s shared with others. Staff break booking.com rules by making you pay a deposit which isn’t allowed but it’s non refundable so you have to; and i doubt i’m getting it back. There is mould on the wall and and a tv that doesn’t have anything on. There’s cheaper for better around here and o wouldn’t recommend. I also had to buy so much and the bathroom was terrible

The town

On arrival trying to get into the room I put code in lock, I then went to open the door it opened 3 quarters of the door frame then stopped. I could see looking up and down of the frame the Dorr had been catching so I push it open and then the problem was clear. The door frame had as much shoddy work done to it and was unsafe. The door after that didn't close. I did not stay there and got a train back home.i have took photos of the lock what was repaired many times but you can clearly see the wood is rotten and they have tried to fill it with body filler for cars. It was a mess. Other people there whiteness it as well. They's a lot more to say about this.

Excellent location, very central. Very secure/safe. Nice and clean. Free wifi and netflix etc

could do with a mirror in the room - preferably full length (there is only a small one on the wall in the shared bathroom) Also it need utensils, tea towel and pots, oven trays & pans in the kitchen - we decided to eat in before we went out and it was hard work with no oven trays to cook pizza - fell through the racking whilst cooking (had to scrub the racks before i could put food on them)
