The owner was very rude and cut our stay short and keeping my money for a further nite that I had paid for refusing me a refund after saying that I was bard from.the property even though I had stayed and paid for 2 nited leading upto this fone call... its not the first time either as he cut my stay short by 4 nites the time before again refusing me a refund which is basically theft as im homeless and it was my last bit of money I was spending trying to put a roof over mine and my partners head coming upto this freezing cold period .... he left us with nothing and nowhere to go with no remorse and as a person he is just disgusting and rude ! I would like this matter looking i to as im £200+ out of pocket and I dont feel the matter has been resolved fairly!!!!!! Thanks

location, price,self check in.

mucky walls needs painting bad nasty carpets throughout lighting no lamps or bedside lamps also its time for some new beds and mattresses really uncomfortable
