Nothing I can think of
FRGBGBPerfect location, friendly hosts, very comfortable beds. The room was spotlessly clean and very large, plenty of space. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, set us up for the day. Ann was excellent and made sure everything was ok and that we had everything we wanted. Would definitely look to stay again next time we go to Barmouth.

IMThe friendly welcome by Bryn and Ann, they made us feel at home straight away, and very thoughtful eg Ann brought an electric fan into the garden to help cool us down. (We were there in the heat wave May Bank Holiday. Very comfortable room and dressing room. Lovely garden to sit in after a days sight seeing. Very tasty breakfast particularly enjoyed the poached eggs/
The steep stairs but there was help with our luggage
GBWe both loved Ann our host, what a beautiful kind lady, she honestly works so hard to make your stay special! Fabulous location, amazing breakfast 😋 missing everything about this little gem b&b! Would definitely stay again if ever in Beautiful Barmouth 😍
The only one and only thing was we could hear people above us, could hear them late at night, footsteps and shower, did wake us up!

GBBreakfast was very nice, room was lovely with lots of character and interesting deco. We had a beautiful sea view in the attic room. The owner was very friendly and attentative. In summer there is a small beautiful garden to sit in.
There was nothing we didn't like. We had booked a bed and breakfast and all was good.
GBSuperb breakfast, hot, excellently cooked, good choice, even homemade jams and cake. Wonderful Landlady, who daily ensured guests had everything needed and were comfortable. It was a such a relaxing friendly place where guests also mixed well.
