"Welcoming, clean and comfortable."

Just what it says on the tin - welcoming, comfortable, clean and quiet. We received a lovely friendly welcome from Dee, who kindly sent us off the next morning with a breakfast bag filled to the brim with goodies. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was toasty warm (own controls for radiator heat and the windows open) and quiet, all the guests were respectful of space and sound. There was an ample car park and the building was well connected to all surrounding road links. Just what we needed for a night's stopover on our drive.

Fantastic host, clean, good rooms with heating and coffee making facilities and good breakfast. Parking available.

Second time we have stayed here and we wouldn’t stay any where else when we come to Knottingley. Dee is a lovely lady and made us very welcome.

"Good clean stopover and comfortable"

The host was very helpful and accommodating, service was top notch, we had a problems with booking .com on the previous B&B and was reassured everything was ok with this booking. Breakfast was OK not a full cooked breakfast but many other item to go with it.

The B&B was catered more for the working guests, than holiday makers. Not what we would have expected for the cost to what we have experienced in the past B&Bs over the last 19 years. But all in all a very good stopover.
