Dee was such a brilliant host she made our stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed. It even had a cute little cat who came to say hello. The bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spotless.

Clean, comfortable, warm room with all that you need for an overnight stay. Breakfast just right. Good choice of continental plus bacon and eggs. The owner was very nice, chatty and gave local info for eating out. The Cobbler, wasn't disappointed great carvery/steak lots of steak pie.

Yes you can hear the road out front(road side room), not very loud, but slept well due to the comfy bed.

Room was big. Plenty of storage space in bedroom and bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Plenty of power sockets. Breakfast was bacon, eggs, toast, usual continental choices also available. Coffee was very nice. Ample secure car parking. Close to A1M so good stopover point. Friendly, helpful proprietor. Our new stopover stop for trips to Scotland.
