Location excellent View from window beautiful. Breakfast amazing. Paul and Lisa great hosts, humorous and helpful with advice on local eating spots, parking of rental car etc. P

Weather at times was rough but could be expected for time of year ( march)

"Fabulous stay here, great hosts and great spot on the promenade"

Great room overlooking the promenade. Paul & Lisa were so warm and welcoming. Really great hosts. Good choices for breakfast. Our room was cleaned every day and tea/sugar/biscuits replenished. We had a fabulous stay

Parking is a bit like musical chairs but not their fault.
