The room was great with a lovely view, the breakfast was great (coffee was a lifesaver), the location is right next to all the bus stops and shopping. The beds were spotless. Lisa and Paul were amazing hosts.

There were some problems with the hot water, but it seems like that was already fixed after a couple hours, because the shower was fine the next day.

Location very convenient, welcome very friendly, facilities great, breakfast excellent. Owners simply amazing.

Not a criticism in any way but the stairs are steep but that's unavoidable due to building size and age

Nothing not to like. The hosts are lovely friendly people, the breakfast was nicely cooked & presented & the room had extra little bits, to make your stay more comfortable, such as travel size toiletries, cotton buds, cotton wool balls for make up removal, biscuits with tea & coffee. Will definitely stay again
