"Clean, friendly and close to the sights."

Close to main amenities, easy access to all but no noise. Comfortable, clean room. Staff very friendly and hospitable, excellent breakfast options, all very nice.

Stairs were a little hard on the legs, especially after sightseeing throughout the day, nothing bad enough to lower the overall stay.

"First class stay. Excellent service from great hosts."

The bed was so comfy. The tea coffee in the room was first class. Not standard brand names. The breakfast was great quality and extra yoghurt and toast if you wanted it. Kay and Richard were fantastic hosts. Will definitely be returning on our annual visit to Llandudno.
