Lovely comfy room. We slept really well. Breakfast was fantastic and piping hot.

Nothing.

Can't fault this guest house one little bit, met by a the friendly owner Richard who showed us to our ground floor room, it was lovely and clean, lovely decor and a comfortable bed, couldn't have asked for anything better. Next morning when we went for breakfast where we met Kay, like Richard she was very nice and friendly and she makes a fantastic breakfast, there were choices of toast, cereal, fruit juices and yogurts, her full english was very tasty, everything on the plate was good quality, we came out the dining room full and ready to start our day. I would rate this experience 5 stars without a doubt, will definately be returning.

There was nothing we didn't like

Host was extremely welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Location was perfect - a few streets back from the promenade, so it's well away from the hustle and bustle when the town is busy. Parking is readily available. Room and house was spotlessly clean. Luscious crisp white bed linen and towels, making it feel homely and special at the same time. Breakfast options are plentiful, and dietary changes were accommodated without and fuss at all - making the perfect start to each day.

Absolutely zero not to like here.

This is our third stay with Kay. Always friendly and helpful. Room was clean, tidy, and ready early so we could luckily take our bags in. Parking at the front of the house was a bonus. We just leave it until our return home. Breakfast is ordered the night before which we don’t mind. Cooked and presented well, with yoghurts, cereal toast and jams if you want them. Served with a smile, and nothing too much trouble.

Nothing not to like.

Everything. The location is excellent so close to town centre and beach but far enough to be quiet. There was always somewhere to park to. The room was very smart, spotlessly clean and more than enough space - we had a double room. The breakfast quality was very good indeed and for us more than enough choice. The hosts can’t do enough for you and are so, so friendly.

This is a truly excellent B and B and fully deserves its very high rating, no downside at all for us.
