Orchard Paddocks

The property was situated in tranquil countryside setting. The room was very well presented and good size bed with lots of nice touches. Sarah was very communicative and made and made a lovely cooked breakfast. The outside facilities and garden were a bonus and would definitely come again.

The room was comfortable with beautiful views. The host was also friendly and communicated well. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Lovely place to stay, especially after a long day. Safe area too :)

The location is within reach whilst being immersed in nature. The host could not have been more accommodating and hospitable. From treats in the bedroom to home cooked jams for breakfast. Highly recommended, I will be back :)

Great place, room was spacious, well equipped and the bed was really comfortable. Sarah was very welcoming and cooked a great full English. Would totally recommend.

Really clear instructions so very easy to find and very well placed for Guildford and Cranleigh which we were visiting. Very quiet with lots of outside space. However, the amazing bit was the huge room, it was absolutely beautiful and so warm and welcoming. The bed was very large and exceedingly comfortable. A selection of teas and coffee on the room with fresh milk in a refrigerator in the hallway. Teal bonus to be able to use the refrigerator for our dog food! Host Sarah was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with as much to eat freshly cooked. Everything was so friendly. We will, without doubt, be staying here again.
