Big room with lovely view

A real home away from home - perfect for what we were looking for. Messages from Sarah were clear and helpful, and in person she was just a perfect host. Can't recommend highly enough.

Prima kamer, een persoonlijke ontvangst, goede kamer en een goed en gezellig ontbijt. Omdat het adres een beetje lastig te vinden was, kregen we 's ochtends al een gedegen beschrijving met foto's

Eigenlijk niet. Het lag wel wat afgelegen, maar dat leverde de volgende ochtend prachtige plaatjes op

Orchard Paddocks is in a beautiful setting down a narrow lane through what feels like remote countryside. The house is gorgeous and the grounds are extensive, dotted with interesting outbuildings and lined with mature trees that were on fire with autumn colours when I stayed. Host Sarah could not have been nicer - genuinely warm, friendly and helpful. This was so welcome after a long drive in the rain. It felt like visiting the home of an old friend!

There is absolutely nothing not to like.

Just the most gorgeous location! The garden is out of this world, huge and so so peaceful. Room was cosy and warm and the bed extremely comfortable.

Beautiful location in the Surrey Hills. Perfect for visiting our friends in Guildford. Lovely and quiet, lovely spacious room.
