If there was a 10+ rating for value for money, Victoria House would earn it. It's a grand old building with big, comfortable rooms, sweeping views across the river and a personal welcome that we really appreciated. We would go back.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff were wonderful, full of information of the surroundings and what to do. Definitely coming back in 2 years time.

Location very nice close to the beach

The rooms should have a bathroom each, there were 6 of us sharing 1 toilet and shower cubicle which is not ideal
