Victoria House

The room was very clean and comfortable, with strong wifi and all the necessary things I needed, like access to an iron. The hosts are so welcoming and very knowledgeable about the local area.. The location is very quiet yet convenient.

The hosts were very hands-on and friendly. Free parking anywhere outside (unlike London). Bed was really comfortable and the bedroom/bathroom was spotless. I honestly have no complaints.

Darren and sue were lovely hosts and so welcoming . The room was really nice . They were tea & coffee making facilities , a tv ( with Netflix & normal channels on ) , 2 x towels each , a small fridge with 2 x complimentary bottles of water in and a hairdryer in our room . Outside the room was an iron and ironing board to use freely . Although we didn’t use the gym or snooker table it was a nice bonus and a good space if you’ve got kids to keep entertained as there’s a tv and board games in there too . Loads of space for parking on the street right outside . Overall we were really happy with our stay and would definitely stay again 😊

Great operators and really comfortable.

Really nice staff, great location for working in Barrow, close by to somewhere to eat at a reasonable price. Building is old and interesting, had book library which is always a welcome extra.

My room was next to a shared loo which was a little bit noisy at times, but not a big deal.
