House was clean. Quiet cu-de-sac.

Heating didn't appear to work. Or maybe set too low. Living room light switch nearest front door didn't work. Milk in fridge was off. No sugar. Room door lock a bit loose.

Accueil rapide après avoir réceptionné les clés. Loué début Janvier, période froide dans les highlands mais système de chauffage défectueux et pas de réponse de notre hôte suite aux messages envoyés. Donc pas de chauffage ni d’eau chaude. Scandaleux.
