93 West Road

Well-located, 2 minute walk from bus stops (very frequent buses towards Stratford), and 5 minutes from Plaistow underground station. Room did exactly what it said on the tin.

Bathroom door slams into foot of bed if opened too fast, and doesn’t close fully, which is a bit annoying.

The location was good, as we were booked for ABBA Voyage. Check in was easy. Room was clean.

It might have been nice to warn us that the house was in the middle of being renovated. There was dust everywhere. At one point we had no water, however i can confirm that it was rectified before we came back from our night out. As there were 3 of us in the room, 3 towels would have been nice. We could not use the shared kitchen as there was none, due to renovation. The wardrobe doors would not open which was a shame as there is so much storage, but unable to use it. And the building work started at 8.30am so no hope of a lie in. All being said we did have a great time in London and when the house is finished it will be a nice place to stay. Oh and the maid was lovely.

Location ok

No heating in the room all night wasn't working. Shower wasn't working no hot water no kettle or tea no TV. Stairs and hallway full of concrete dust from builders. Building work going on downstairs while I was in the room. Towels but a little bit of shower gel left over from the previous person.

Very bad staff, No heating system in room. Hot water was not available . Called manyy times hosts but no response and no action was taken then they stop answering the phone as well.
