Very noisy other tenants at all times of the night. Right on the road with no privacy curtains. Place pretty run down (massive stain on the ceiling etc)

There was access to a kitchen with an oven, stove and a kettle. Very nice location, close to corner shops, a coop and Plaistow station. Its a 30-minute walk to Stratford Westfield. In the room, there was a hairdryer and a flat iron too. A spacious and private bathroom is a plus.

The walls are very thin and you can hear other guests

Clean room, comfortable bed, easy to unlock key box (had problems in the past with other properties). Nice big bath towels. Private ensuite bathroom

Kettle with sugar etc but no teabags. Stale cigarette smell in the stairwell but room was ok

Owner needs to be more serious/professional in dealing with disruptive guests at 2am. ( no point having house rules if they're are not enforced)
