-If you're on a very very limited budget and would like to have a private room with ensuite bathroom not that far away from a tube station (about 10 min walk) then maybe you could consider this accommodation. But all in all I still do not recommend it The only positives I can think of: -the bed was quite comfy -fast wifi

-Not the best area in East London in zone 3 quite far away from the city center; nearest tube station Plaistow (I paid around 25 pounds for going back and forth in 4 days) -I didn't have hot water two days in a row, I texted the owner and he did nothing; thanks to a cleaning lady who got in touch with the owner I could take a hot shower on my last day -I had very noisy neighbours; they would keep me awake until almost 1 am in the morning and wake me up around 6-7 am in the morning; not the best place to rest after a day out visiting the city -not the cleanest room i've been in -I was left with two used rolls of toilet paper; I would expect to have some basic accessories in the bathroom at least -I didn't feel secure in that place; it seemed like random people can come in anytime; one day in the morning when I was leaving the house I found the front door wide open -I don't recommend this place

Water was clogging in the shower. Drainage was not good

It's a shared accommodation which is up to standards, the room I stayed in was very clean and for a solo traveller very cosy. The area is very quiet considering its near enough central London which is a huge bonus!

My stay was fantastic I must say apart from the fact I had 'clearly' a schizophrenic lady staying below me who really wanted a chat and had tried her hardest to get my attention which at times felt very invading but if you go about your business it doesn't effect your stay...

nice room and bahroom,,close to Plaistow tube station,peaceful neighbourhood. There was a fridge,an iron and a fan in the room The kitchen is well-equipped

There was no electric kettle in the room.You can use the one in the kitchen,but it is a little inconvenient,

I was staying just for two nights. The location was okay, pretty close to underground (3/4 minutes walk). Sharing space was a kitchen and living room, we didn't use it but was nice to put for example something in the fridge since the room did not have this.

There were ants on the floor, furniture, and even the bed. Dump patches on the ceiling above bed in the bedroom. And another very irritating thing, you can hear every noise. Every step upstairs, every conversation what people was having in their room.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Ensuite bathroom was a nice addition. Had all the amenities you need.. shower gel, iron, plates and cutlery etc.
