Lovely welcome, nice breakfast, really comfy bed and great location for us, just a short walk to tram stop.

Owners extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good and plenty of it. I have coeliac disease and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed to have breakfast and a jug of lactose free milk in my room so I could have an early morning cuppa.

From the moment we rang the doorbell we couldn't have been made more welcome. Debbie and Adrian were very friendly and helpful, my room was spotless and very comfortable, the breakfast was great and the hotel bar very reasonably priced. If we wished to we were able to eat a takeaway meal in the dining room. My friend has dietary requirements which were checked in advance of our visit and well catered for at the hotel. Tram and bus services to the town centre and places like Cleveleys and Fleetwood close by.

The hotel was a lovely hotel was lovely I definitely stay again sometimes in the future

Very friendly owners, lovely clean rooms & great breakfast. Good location for the North prom. No parking but plenty of street parking close by.

They didn't have availability for our next visit! :-(

Staff were great

I would like to start by mentioning the staff. Debbie and Adi were lovely; they made me feel like I was staying with family. The room was clean, and they cleaned it regularly, including changing towels, vacuuming, etc. The room was comfortable for my stay. Security was also good. I stayed there for more than 10 days and had no issues with the property. The breakfast was also delicious.
