The property was spotlessly clean, the room was comfortable and had all of the facilities that you would expect of any guest accommodation. It is centrally located in a peaceful development, for access to all of Cornwall’s offerings. Also a short walk, around 20 minutes to Bodmin town centre where you will find plenty of pubs and restaurants. All in all, a great place to stay.

Location was excellent, breakfast was good Although no fridge was stated in the add a little mini fridge would have turned a very good stay into an excellent one
