Very clean room and adjacent bathroom for sole use. Tea coffee biscuitsi in room even a bottle opener. Car parking also very helpful owner who lives there also.

The location was near my family

Not close to any restaurant or pubs without a car it's approximately 20 -30 minute walk away. Can take a bus but not sure of time scale.
