clean and pretty room in a very calm neighbourhood. Super sweet and kind cleaning lady. Available shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste in bathroom

Owner attitude for the heating in the room and capability to solve the problem. Instead of texting the message during the day to turn off the heating he entered the room with no pardon at 11 PM. He didn't even introduce himself and right away threw accusations that we killed the heating (in electric heater (???)) in very unpolite words toward us. During, let's say, conversation I deduced that he is the owner of the place. Since the moment he sent me a message about issue till the moment he came to the place was 20 min. I'm afraid that he was a bit intoxicated in that moment. After he left he sent apologies but what is done is done. Pity, cause before this moment our stay was very pleasant.

Bardzo brudno!! Wszędzie, brak herbaty, kawy, wszystko minimum ilości, w ogłoszeniu śniadanie wliczone w cenę, a były tylko płatki i litr mleka w lodówce, zamrożony chleb tostowy!!

There was a washing machine and drying rack which was included in the stay.

Not enough food for breakfast. Cereal and toast only. There was more food at a hostel I stayed in.

Difficult to find. Wasn’t given code to get in. Phone calls and texts ignored. Left standing outside the door with 7yr old for 45min approximately not knowing what to do and Booking .com didn’t help either Woman turned up, made no apologies saying he’s a right pain. Said breakfast included. Which was choice of 2 Tesco brand cereals. Such a pity as could be great. Later the owner phoned sounding intoxicated said something briefly slurring and cut off. Feel sorry for him. I guess he has issues. Once in property as I said it could be great with a care but served its purpose, a nights sleep. May God bless you Kenny. Don’t leave people stranded. We didn't stay. It was awful. The communal areas were dity. The room felt horrid. The walls were paper thin. It smelt of pot when we walked in the house. It didn't feels safe. So we left.
