The view is breathtaking. Parking right outside the window is very convenient. Good restaurant with huge verity of different foods 2min walk and not expensive. The hosts are lovely. Most important: The place is very very clean! There has clearly gone a lot of thought into designing the room!

Only two things and none of those are the fault of the hosts: The moment we went out to try and view the meteor shower it got cloudy. Sadly we had to leave already. Honestly, the stay was perfect and we are looking at our diaries to see when we can book a repeat :-)

We walked into the room and were blown away by how classy it looked. Floor to ceiling windows, which we could see out of, but no one could see in. It was right on the seafront with views of the Isle of Wight. Parking was available right outside our room. It was close to the shops, pubs, and restaurants. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this beautiful place.

Brilliant sea view location. Smart modern decor, windows that you couldn't see into whilstenjoyingthe sea view. Self check in worked well. Plenty of little milks so didn't need to buy a pint. Coffee machine and pods. Pretty decent electric shower. Comfy chairs and dressing table area, just big enough to work with laptop. I really liked the accommodation and feel of the place.

The room was only just big enough. It was very compact. I didn't feel the tiny fridge got very cold. The kitchen in a drawer in the wardrobe was barely adequate. It would not have been easy to hang clothes with the amount of things in the wardrobe- I mean equipment. The comfy chairs were too low for the table and would have been awkward if we'd wanted to eat. There were no drying facilities which was a bit problematic if you had wet beach gear or wet suit like my husband had as he was sailing. That sounds like a lot of negatives but they were relatively small issues.

Keith & Ros was friendly and made us feel welcome.
