Great location. The room was spotless and provided good facilities for a few days break. The decorated Xmas tree was a lovely gesture much appreciated.

Bij binnenkomst rook het schoon en zag alles er netjes uit. Vanuit je kamer kan je de zee zien en hele mooie zonsondergang. Zelfs in de winter is dit een fantastische plek om te verblijven!

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was lovely and had everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The views over the bay were beautiful. Parking was no issue at all, with plenty of space on the drive. Ros & Keith were very helpful throughout our stay and even checked in to make sure everything was okay — and of course, it was! We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again if we’re ever in the area.

The location for us was brilliant. The room was compact, but with all the facilities . It was cosy warm, especially on a cold wet day. We would go back.

Amazing views from the room and really enjoyed our stay.

Only very small negatives were having very limited space for the toaster, microwave and coffee machine. The cushions and throw look lovely on the bed but due to limited space are not practical as they just got in the way for us.

Location perfect - right opposite the sea. Being able to park on the drive. Lovely & bright, comfortable bed & seats. Nice quality shower gel & soap. Good to have option to have towels replaced as it was tricky to dry more than one towel on the heated towel rail. Friendly owner. Great advance communication.
