Home from home. Everything we needed and more. Very clean and comfortable. Also a great local chinese called the Mandarin who delivered 😊

As it was extremely windy there was a lot of loud whistling noise coming through the front doors during the night. I think we were just unlucky

Perfect location, amazing views, extremely lucky with weather to enhance this. Owners provided crockery and cutlery which was lovely and very helpful.

Location was perfect for us as visiting friends and being so close to the sea and with a view was a bonus.. Close to cafes and restaurants. Great for strolling along the beachfront. Room was just right everything well thought out along with little extras we didn't expect. Very comfy bed.

Info on how to turn on towel rail would be useful so wet towels can dry. Nit picking but hooks, even outside, for wet coats would be useful.

Ease of parking , location and facilities

I cannot say anything negative one minor point was that the bathroom bin was full of rubbish from the previous guest but that was a minor issue which was easily rectified

Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and great location. Appreciated the basic breakfast equipment provided (toaster etc.) so we could toast crumpets in the morning and enjoy breakfast on the beach! Blackout blinds were brilliant, plus perfect parking. Beach location was beautiful. Ros and Keith were super responsive and helpful when we had questions. Keith kindly recommended getting the passenger ferry to Portsmouth which was the highlight of the trip for my 5 year old!
