Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and great location. Appreciated the basic breakfast equipment provided (toaster etc.) so we could toast crumpets in the morning and enjoy breakfast on the beach! Blackout blinds were brilliant, plus perfect parking. Beach location was beautiful. Ros and Keith were super responsive and helpful when we had questions. Keith kindly recommended getting the passenger ferry to Portsmouth which was the highlight of the trip for my 5 year old!

"Unforgettable first trip with our 8-week old baby"

Excellent communication with the host, who were able to accommodate our need for an infant cot. The room had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend, even included some nappies and a baby bath for our convenience. It had a mini fridge, microwave and kettle, perfect for making up baby's feeds. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our first trip as a family a great experience!

"Our stay was Amazing."

We didnt do B&B we just ate out there are plenty of eating places round the solent.To wake up in the morning and looking out over the solent was Amazing. The room was lovely amazingly clean there was a toaster microwave coffee machine ect ectplenty of different tea and coffee pods in the room.we will definatly stay there again cannot fault it at all (AMAZING).

The matrress on the bed could have been a bit softer for me as i have back problems but you cant please everyone.some like hard beds some like soft beds.
