Good location, the restaurant downstairs was also very good

Clean sheets were very soft and in a nice area convenient to town bars and coffee shops

Noisey room could hear people constantky in the rooms next door ,was too small ,no manned reception and not as pictures online

Good sized, clean and modern room with refurbished bathroom. Option for using lovely Italian restaurant on site for dinner if we had wanted to. No breakfast at hotel but not required as so many lovely independent coffee shops etc in Pontcanna. Good value for money and lovely to use a small independent hotel

Could hear a little road noise but really not a problem and to be expected when convenient for city weekend.

The rooms were back of the restaurant and was very quiet and a bed was comfortable. The restaurant staffs were nice and polite.

Room was beautiful. Restaurant was superb and they were happy to change the pasta to the one preferred

clean, cozy,Italian style, close to the center of the town close to the castle gardens in the city center, polite staff, very close ,a few minutes to the coach bus station Sophia gatdens of National Express

I was waiting, I had a reservation and had to ring the doorbell, cause was closed,I been arived about 4.30 pm, but the door was closed they only opened it for me when I called them on the phone

Had to book accomodation quickly as the last one was abhorrent. Found this one,easy to book. Clean,friendly, comfortable.

The shower was next level, the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Loved the decor of the room and everything was clean and very comfortable.

Nothing negative, if I have to say something: there were no decaf coffee sachets plus no would have loved a small fridge but understand this is not necessary for most.
