Location was good, room was clean and comfortable Staff were friendly and informative . Would have been nice to have been a bit more looked after.

Bed was small. Price was fairly high considering no breakfast. I prefere a more friendly approach from staff, we didn't feel very looked after but I know that not everyone expects that.

Excellent location in walkimg distance of the city centre, but with nice pubs and eateries nearby too. Excellent room facilities and very comfortable.

Comfortable, clean and modern room in a great location. Was perfect for a short stay.

The radiator in the bathroom was very hot and it made the room really hot. I tried to turn it down but wasn't able to. Unfortunately, this was early in the morning so no one was around to help.

Great location, fantastic shower, good value, warm. Lovely place to stay.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it but to be exceptional mattresses could be a bit better. I could feel the pocket springs when I turned over.

Nice spacious room in a great location. Free shower gels and shampoo. Very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Very minor nitpick but we used the doorbell at reception but waited a while, so easily went to the restaurant and checked in straight away.

- Large room in quiet part of the city yet only 15mins walk to the centre - Great Italian restaurant - Friendly and welcoming staff who were kind enough to let me check in slightly early - USB sockets next to one of the beds - Well powered shower

- The TV in the room was not able to pick up the majority of freeview channels (including ITV and channel 4). This is a real bug bear of mine and seems to be a problem outside of Scotland. A hotel in the welsh capital should not have these issues - The bathroom light and extract fan was operated by PIR sensor which seemed to be out of an old comedy film. The light and fan would stay on after leaving even with the door closed. In contrast the light would switch off about 2mins into your shower plunging you into darkness. I ended up using the isolator switch at night to turn everything off.
